|, On April 1, 2013, the State fííed a habitual offender bill of information seeking to have Kenneth Wayne Montgomery (Defendant) adjudicated a second felony offender. On the same date, Defendant pleaded not guilty. A habitual offender hearing was held on July 26, 2013. The trial court adjudicated Defendant a second felony offender on two counts of distribution of cocaine, and sentenced him to serve thirty years at hard labor on each count with the sentences to run concurrently.
