Today’s opinion affirms summary judgment for the plaintiff and quiets his title to all the coal rights in the property in litigation. The court holds that a reservation by the Oklahoma Commissioners of the Land Office [Commissioners] of a fifty-percent interest in all the “oil, gas and other mineral rights” underlying state lands retains in the grantor solely oil and gas, its constituents and components.
