This was an action in ejectment tried, by agreement of the parties, by the court without a jury, under the Act of April 22, 1874, P. L. 109, as amended by the Act of July 10, 1935, P. L. 640, 12 PS §688 et seq. Plaintiffs have appealed from the judgment entered in favor of defendants.

The procedure prescribed by the Act of 1874, as amended, was followed, and there is no merit in plaintiffs’ complaint to the contrary. Following the trial, the court filed its decision in writing. Exceptions to the findings of fact and conclusions of law were filed by plaintiffs. Upon…
