OPINION AND ORDER DENYING STATESBORO MALL LLC’S APPLICATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES

This matter is before me on the Application for Administrative Expenses (“Application”) filed by Statesboro Mall LLC (“Landlord”) on July 2, 2013. Before filing a joint chapter 7 petition with his wife, Debtor Daniel Green guaranteed a non-debtor entity’s payment under a lease of non-residential real property.
