Reversing.

This is an appeal from a judgment of tbe Fayette circuit court based on tbe verdict of. a jury in tbe sum of $732.56 in favor of tbe appellee, who was tbe plaintiff below, and against tbe appellant. During tbe summer of 1934, appellant, Mrs. Minnie B. Watts, through her husband, listed two farms, known in tbe record as tbe Payne’s Mill farm and tbe Pisgab Pike farm, for sale with tbe real estate agency of tbe appellee Mrs. E. M. Barber. It was provided in tbe instructions given to appellee that tbe Payne’s Mill farm might be sold separately, but…
