The appellees, the Mobile & Ohio Eailroad Company and the Columbus & Greenville Eailway Company, filed an original bill of complaint in the chancery court of Hinds county against the Mississippi Eailroad Commission, seeking to enjoin and have canceled a certain order of the said commission. A temporary injunction was granted, and thereafter a demurrer to the bill of complaint was sustained. An amended bill was then filed, and upon the overruling of a demurrer thereto, an answer was filed, and upon the trial of the cause a final decree was entered in favor of appellees enjoining the commission…
