This ease comes before this court on the appeal of the plaintiff, Textron, Inc. (Tex-tron), from a Superior Court’s granting of partial summary' judgment in favor of the defendant, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (Aetna), pursuant to Rule 56(e) of the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure.
