Appellant Dyhani Heyliger was charged in a fifteen count amended information with the murder of Keith Dawson, Jr., during an attempt to perpetrate a third-degree assault against Shaquille Alexander Percell.1 Heyliger now appeals from the Superior Court’s January 21, 2014 judgment and commitment, which adjudged him guilty of all fifteen counts and sentenced him, inter alia, to life imprisonment *345without the possibility of parole.2 For the reasons elucidated below, we affirm.
