Plaintiffs commenced this action in the district court of Tillman county against the defendant. Plaintiffs’ petition alleged that defendant was indebted to them in the sum of $2,000 as a commission due them as real estate agents for a lease bought by defendant ; that the defendant had admitted in writing to these plaintiffs that he owed the same.
