1. Defendants Ted Coffman (Coffman), Allied Physicians, P.C. (Allied), and Musculoskeletal Evaluation Diagnostic Services appeal from judgments awarding Plaintiff damages upon claims for fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, and attorney’s fees and costs.
