This is an action brought for recovery of damages sustained by plaintiff by reason of defendants’ alleged unfair labor practices under section 8(b)(4) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. Section 158(b)(4). Jurisdiction is predicated upon section 303(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. Section 187(a).
