Wright, J.), entered on or about February 18, 1988, in the Supreme Court, New York County, after a jury trial, in favor of plaintiff Maria Wojcicki and against defendant Finkelstein Realty Inc. in the sum of $2,276,369.55, reversed, on the law, and the complaint dismissed without costs.
