OPINION
QUIST, District Judge.
This case arises out of the construction of a multi-family housing project known as Grand Haven Hideaway at Lakeshore Drive (the “Project”). Defendant/Cross-Defendant Grand Haven Hideaway Limited Partnership (“GHHLP”) was the owner and developer of the Project, and Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant C.D. Barnes Associates, Inc. (“C.D.Barnes”) was the general contractor on the Project. Centennial Mortgage, Inc. (“Centennial”) provided construction financing for the Project.
