Paula Boleware and Sharnette Hyter appeal from a judgment in a forcible de-tainer action awarding possession of property to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for the structured asset investment loan trust, 2005-9. In two issues, Bole-ware and Hyter contend the trial court erred in awarding possession of the property to U.S. Bank because the evidence is legally insufficient and against public policy. We overrule Boleware and Hyter’s issues and affirm the trial court’s judgment.
