PEARCE, Judge:
¶ 1 Defendant Michael Robles-Vasquez 1 appeals from the denial of his motion to reinstate his time to file a direct appeal, arguing that the district court's findings were inadequate. He also argues that his appeal period should be reinstated because his trial counsel's failure to file a timely appeal deprived him of his constitutional right to effective assistance of counsel. We affirm.
