BARRON, Justice.

Plaintiff, Steve J. Mauro, filed suit against Wildwood Company, a corporation, Paraffine Oil Corporation, Stewart Title Company, Southern Title Company, Herbert J. Zieben and S. Alex Susholtz, all defendants, for payment of an alleged commission which he claims to have earned under a written listing agreement signed July 19, 1963. The listing agreement, termed an exclusive authority to sell real estate, was executed by Steve J. Mauro as realtor and by Wildwood Company, by S.
