The executors in this proceeding to settle their account have requested approval of the apportionment and allocation of estate taxes paid by them as shown in Schedule I of their account. The widow, who, by virtue of an antenuptial agreement and an agreement entered into between the decedent and his employers has received and will continue to receive certain fixed monthly payments, objects to the allocation or apportionment of any of the estate taxes against the moneys being received by her.
