The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and the Committee on Credentials opened an investigation into allegations of misconduct against credentialed teacher Bobby Cross. When Cross requested discovery of materials relating to the investigation, he received copies of the documents in his file, except that all identifying information, other than names, of those making the allegations and of witnesses were redacted.
