This case is before the court on William D.C. Valentine’s pro se complaint 1 against several defendants, arising out of a dispute over the District of Columbia Probate Court’s disposition of the estate of Daniel B. Delaney. The defendants include the Estate of Daniel B. Delaney, the estate’s current personal representative, Christopher G.
