STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Honda Motor Company, Ltd. (Japanese Honda) appeals from the denial of its motion for summary judgment asserting action against it was barred by the applicable statute of limitations. We affirm. 1

FACTS

Eldon R. Parks was killed in an automobile wreck on June 27, 1981. Maxine Parks, as the duly appointed personal representative of Eldon Parks' estate, on June 28, 1983, commenced this action for wrong ful death against American Honda Motor Company, Inc.
