hThe appellant, Twin City Electric, LLC, appeals a judgment of the workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) awarding their former employee, George Harris, temporary total disability benefits, penalties, and attorney fees. Harris answers the appeal seeking additional attorney fees for work done on appeal.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE
