This is an appeal from the order of the district court, 369 F.Supp. 1128 (D.D.C. 1974): (1) granting a motion for summary judgment by defendant, Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC), with respect to the claim of plaintiff, North New York Savings Bank (North New York), for credit of the “unearned” portion of an insurance premium paid FSLIC in 1971; and (2) granting North New York’s motion for summary judgment on its claim for interest on its pro rata share of the Secondary Reserve of FSLIC for that part of calendar…
