Decedent, Clara Bacher, died March 21, 1944, without issue, testate, leaving her residuary estate to a brother and sister-in-law in Germany. The United States Attorney General filed a vesting order and succeeded to the rights of the German nationals. During her lifetime decedent was the administratrix of the estate of Anna Hoffman, deceased, her sister, who was a resident of Montgomery County.
