This is an appeal by defendant from an order directing him to pay attorneys’ fees to plaintiffs attorneys. The fees were awarded in connection with plaintiff’s unsuccessful contest of defendant’s post-decree petition for modification of the decree of divorce. The decree was modified to provide for a transfer of custody of the parties’ minor children from plaintiff to defendant. After conducting hearings on the petition for fees, the court ordered defendant to pay $5,000 to plaintiffs attorneys.
