I. Introduction
On July 21, 2006, plaintiff Nicole Jenkins (“Plaintiff’ or “Jenkins”) filed a class and collective action complaint against defendants HANAC, Inc. and Home Services, Inc. (collectively “Defendants”) pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and New York Labor Law § 650 et seq.
