¶ 1. The motion for rehearing is denied. The previous opinion of this Court is withdrawn, and this opinion is substituted therefor.

¶ 2. This appeal arises from a suit filed by Duffy Morf and Karen Preston Morf against the North Central Mississippi Board of Realtors, Inc. (the Board). Duffy is the broker for a real estate office in Oxford, Mississippi, and Karen is a realtor in the same office.
