Defendant Lyubov Groysman (or “Groysman” or “Lyubov”) appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, following a jury trial before Sterling Johnson, Jr., Judge, convicting her of conspiring to commit health care fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1849, and conspiring to commit money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956(h), 1956(a)(1)(A)®, and 1956(a)(1)(B)®. Groysman was sentenced principally to 97 months’ imprisonment, to be followed by a three-year term of supervised release, and was ordered to forfeit…
