This is an appeal from an order quashing an alternative writ of mandamus and reinstating a Douglas County Board of County Commissioners order revoking appellant’s liquor license.

1. Facts.

On July 1, 1976, Appellant Betty Kochendorfer appeared before the Douglas County Liquor Board seeking an on-sale liquor license for a bar to be located at Kingsbury Commercial Park in Douglas County.
