Appeals from two orders of the Family Court of Columbia County (Czajka, J.), entered October 17, 2002, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s child to be neglected.

In September 2000, petitioner commenced an abuse proceeding against respondent, alleging that he committed acts of sexual abuse against his daughter.
