OPINION

UTTER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment rendered against appellant in favor of all appellees. Appellant brought suit against a premises owner (Nueces County Navigation District No. 1), a contractor (Austin Bridge Company) and a sub-contractor (Pressure Concrete Construction Company) for personal injuries which he sustained while conducting his duties as boarding agent for Boyd-Campbell, Inc., a steamship agent/stevedore company.
