Appeal by the defendant from *557a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Thorp, J.), rendered February 25, 1986, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The defendant also purportedly appeals from an order of the same court entered June 5, 1986, which denied his postconviction motion pursuant to CPL article 440 to vacate the judgment.
