DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff Beights received personal injuries while using a product known as Lub-adhesive. As he was covered by the Oklahoma Workmen’s Compensation Law at the time of the accident he received certain payments and benefits from Plaintiff United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (USF&G), the compensation carrier. As Plaintiffs herein they have sued Defendants W. R. Grace & Company (Grace) who sold or distributed the product and The Murphy-Phoenix Company, Inc. (Murphy-Phoenix) who manufactured the same.
