Clifford Harrison, as trustee, and Regions Bank fik/a AmSouth Bank (“the Bank”), as successor in interest to Deposit Guaranty National Bank,1 appeal the judgment of the Webster County Special Court of Eminent Domain in favor of the Mississippi Transportation Commission (“MTC”) in the amount of $42,950.
