James Leon appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Kaplan, /.), following his plea of guilty to a violation of the conditions of his supervised release. The initial sentence of supervised release was 60 months; on revocation, he was sentenced to a new 60-month term: one month of the time served in prison pre-sentence, plus 59 months of supervised release.
