MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The petitioner, a native of Jamaica, entered the United States on March 7, 2003, with authorization to remain until June 6, 2003. (Decision to Continue Detention, May 22, 2012, Pet. 8.) The petitioner remained in the United States beyond his authorized period without authorization and was ordered removed from the United States.
