Plaintiff, Cyclonaire Corporation, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Cook County, finding that plaintiffs subcontractor’s mechanic’s lien was invalid for failure to strictly comply with the 90-day written notice period mandated by section 24(a) of the Mechanics Lien Act. 770 ILCS 60/24(a) (West 2006).
