Olefumi Animashaun appeals his conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent that he was a less safe driver (OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (1)) and speeding (OCGA § 40-6-181). The record shows appellant’s convictions were entered on October 12, 1993, and on October 21, 1993, he filed a motion for new trial asserting the general grounds. That motion was denied on October 25, 1993.
