Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission brought this action alleging that, from July 2004 though November 2004, defendants Harris Dempsey “Butch” Ballow, Reginald Hall, and others conducted a “pump and dump” scheme by which they fraudulently inflated the price of the stock of Aimsi Technologies, Inc.
