MADDEN, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Hattie (Shavers, by her complaint seeks in this Court a review of the findings of the Federal Security Agency, Social Security Administration Office of Appeals Council, and also of the Referee’s decision, in disallowing Old Age Insurance Benefits, under the Social Security Act,1 to the plaintiff upon the ground that she was not covered by the Act inasmuch as a bona fide employer-employee relationship did not exist but that it was a family relationship and she was not entitled to benefits.
