APPEAL FROM THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA

This cause is before the Court on appeal from the Final Judgment of the Bankruptcy Court entered in this adversary proceeding in favor of appellees. Chief Bankruptcy Judge Alexander L.
