OPINION

WECHSLER, Judge.

{1} Defendant Shane Vest appeals his conviction, pursuant to a conditional plea agreement, for distribution of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant appeals specifically from the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress. He argues that no probable cause existed to issue a warrant to search his home because the State failed to establish the veracity of its confidential informant.
