*86This criminal action was commenced by the filing of a felony complaint that charges defendant with intimidating a victim or witness in the third degree, in violation of Penal Law § 215.15 (1), arising from an incident that occurred at the Hall of Justice, Monroe County Family Court, on May 31, 2000. A preliminary hearing was held pursuant to CPL 180.60 on August 1, 2000.
