MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge.

Ellis Dampier (“Dampier”) was convicted of murder and is serving a term of life imprisonment following a jury trial in Illinois state court. He has petitioned this Court pro se under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 for a writ of habeas corpus. Dampier alleges three constitutional violations: (1) that his warrantless arrest in his home violated the Fourth Amendment; (2) that he received ineffective assistance of counsel at his trial; and (3) that he was prejudiced by prosecutorial misconduct at trial.
