The plaintiff, the Missouri Lead Mining and Smelting Company (Limited), hereafter called the English company, is a corporation organized uuder the laws of Great Britain; and the Virginia Lead Mining Company, hereafter called the Missouri company is a corporation organized under the general laws of this state.
