Alfredo Contador-Cruz pleaded guilty to conspiracy to produce and transfer fraudulent identification documents, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028(a)(1), (a)(2), (f) (2012); production of fraudulent identification documents, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028(a)(1); and aggravated identity theft, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028A(a)(l) (2012).
