In this adversary proceeding, Larry Ivan Behrends appeals from the district court’s order affirming the bankruptcy court’s grant of summary judgment to plaintiffs and denying his cross-motion for summary judgment. Plaintiffs sought a determination that a debt to them, reflected, in an arbitration award and confirmed in a Denver District Court judgment, was non-dischargeable.
