MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on the Trustee’s Objection to Claim and Motion to Avoid Lien filed March 16, 1999. Linda L. Johnson (“Debtor”) filed for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code on January 22, 1999, and The Loan Arranger, Inc., d/b/a Downtown Motors (“Downtown” or “Creditor”) filed a proof of claim on January 15, 1999, claiming a security interest in a 1991 Ford Escort automobile VIN 1FAPP14J4MN258338.
