Patton, Chief Justice.
A jury found defendant Theodore Soke guilty of two counts of aggravated murder with specifications in violation of R.C. 2903.01 and one count of aggravated burglary in violation of R.C. 2911.11. Following the penalty phase of the trial, the jury concluded that the aggravating circumstances outweighed the mitigating factors beyond a reasonable doubt and recommended that the court impose a sentence of death on the aggravated murder counts.
