[¶ 1] In this action fraught with procedural irregularities, Kathleen Roosa appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) dismissing her complaint to vacate an arbitration award and confirming an arbitration award regarding the disposition of real estate in York (the York Beach property).
