Before the Court is the Motion to Settle and Compromise Various Controversies and to Transfer the Estate's Interest in Real Property (the "Motion"), filed by Edwin K. Palmer ("Trustee"), as Chapter 7 trustee for the bankruptcy estate (the "Estate") of Michael Lee Morgan and Angela Morgan (the "Debtors"). (Doc. 83).
